The recruitment process
- If you are interested in joining our team, send your resume with a cover letter to hr [at] archemin.eu . In applying for a specific job offer, submit your complete application by the closing date.
- You will be asked to complete an application form that should allow us to evaluate all valid candidatures in an objective and standardised manner. All applications are reviewed against the criteria defined in the "profile" section of the job offer.
- The most suitable candidates will be invited to one or more video calls followed by a final face-to-face interview. During the interviews your technical and linguistic knowledge may be tested.
- As a rough guide only, the recruitment procedure can take up to 3 months from the date on which a position is first advertised to the final offer being made.

Working at Archemin
Once you are ready for work, you’ll be onboarded as soon as possible. As our new colleague you will have to endure a ton of instructions and trainings. That’s in addition to accounts to set up and software to get familiar with. Thrust us, we will take the time to guide you through it and help you all the way!
The first day we will share vital company information and a timetable outlining your first week at Archemin. You will receive the company introduction manual which contains instructions on how to get to grips with the day-to-day running of the business. You will be shown how to access the necessary documents, procedures and work instructions. Also, we have (remote) training in place, allowing you to start learning all you need to do the job straight away.
